Xtend-Life Holdings is fully owned and controlled by the Matthews Family Trusts based in New Zealand and controlled by Xtend-Life's founders. Natural Products (NZ) Ltd, which manufactures all Xtend-Life products. It does not produce products for anyone else. Xtend-Life Natural Products (Thailand) Ltd, which imports and markets Xtend-Life products in Thailand.. Warren Matthews is the Chairman and also a Director of all four companies. Kane Matthews is the Financial Director of Xtend-Life Natural Products and he is also a director.
