Tranquility Nursing and Rehab opened in 2019 as the only facility in the state providing long-term care to people with Traumatic Brain Injury. We also provide superior care to those with advanced pulmonary conditions and are dependent on ventilation. TPS employs 712 professional and support staff. Our licensed and skilled nursing facility has 78 dually-certified beds of which 34 are semi-private rooms for people who require Vent Care. The community has six private rooms for residents with Traumatic Brain Injury and 38 semi-private TBI rooms. Our courtyard is secure and allows a serene, private outdoors setting for our residents and their families. Our contemporary décor is tranquil and calming. We are a non-smoking community.
