After accumulating vast culinary and management experiences following years of working in the food industry, the partners of Sunrise Caribbean Restaurants decided it was time to establish their own business. Knowing a lot about the fast food, and especially what was lacking in the Caribbean fast food market, we have grown that first day sale into 18 locations and counting. On March of 2004, we became the first Caribbean Restaurant to have a drive-thru location in Canada. Seeing the success of this we opened the second Drive-thru in 2005, becoming the first chain of Drive-thru Caribbean restaurants in North America.
