Southwest Neurology is proud to announce that we will stay open and continue to provide Neurology care to our patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to COVID-19 we are currently only treating patients in our main office in Rockwall at this time but we have implemented the option for patients to be seen utilizing telemedicine or virtual visits f... or consultations and follow up appointments. All patients and visits will be pre-screened over the phone when scheduling an appointment and prior to entering our office. All patients and visitors must wear a mask when coming into our office. We are limiting patients to only bringing one additional person with you to your appointment and they must be over the age of 18 years old. In the past 14 days if you or someone in your home or work has been exposed to has experienced symptoms of COVD-19, flu or cold you will be offered a telemedicine appointment or asked to reschedule your appointment to a future date. We are taking every precaution and are following recommended guidelines from the CDC to extensively sterilize our office, equipment, and any surfaces to help decrease the spread of COVID-19.Read More
