Since May of 1993 we have met the outpatient surgical needs of thousands of patients in Lafayette and the surrounding area. Interna... tional patients have sought out our services for care that was not available to them in their home countries. Providing quality care is of course the first priority, but we do it in a way that is caring, personalized and as efficient as we can make it, and we are likely the lowest cost of all the surgical facilities in the area. It was the vision of a few local physicians to develop a comfortable and cost effective outpatient alternative to the expensive and time wasting hospital surgery departments. This vision was fulfilled in May, 1993 when Sagamore Surgical Center opened its doors. Sagamore Surgical Centers highly trained staff consists of Operating Room and Recovery Room Registered Nurses, Operating Room Technicians and Board Certified Anesthesiologists and Surgeons. Our staff will care for the patient before, during, and after surgery and are dedicated to maintaining a pleasant atmosphere where quality patient care, comfort and safety is standard.
