Arrive at least 5 minutes (15 if a new client) before your scheduled appointment time. If your appointment is at 1, your hour begins at 1pm and in order to get your full session you'll want o arrive early to get in the room and on the table. Relax. I cannot stress this enough! Learning how to fully relax, let go and let your therapist move you is not easy. It can take time to learn how to be aware of your body and whether you've allowed every muscle of your body relax and melt into the table.
