The skill of baking cakes came naturally for me, passed down from my grandmother and great grandmother, but I was interested in learning the decorating side of the art. I found out about a Wilton cake decorating class being offered by the local high school and there began the s... tart of a fun hobby, that became a business. It started with a birthday cake for my son Elijah's 1st birthday (see the Gallery-Blues Clues Character Cake), and then there were cake requests for Easter and Mother's Day, and the requests continued on from there. I love the whole process from start to finish and the end results are amazing! Its more than a business to me, its a passion, and it shows in the end results.
