In addition to placement services, we also have many value-added offerings including human resources support such as candidate counseling, resume and interview training, testing and skill evaluation, reference checking, and bar standing verification (when applicable). How do you find your candidates? We attract candidates in several different ways. Many of our candidates are referrals from other candidates who have registered and/or worked with us in the past. We build a candidate pool of individuals in a variety of positions who are available for contract work through networking, referrals, branding in the market-place, social media, and advertising. For direct hire, our candidates are almost always from one of two sources; referrals or they are passive candidates we have personally recruited. What are your rates? Rates for temporary assignments vary depending on the assignment, the skill level requested, and the candidate. Direct hire fees are a percentage of the candidates annual salary. Due to the wide range of firms, corporations and candidates, it's impossible to quote just one "blanket" rate. Please call us so we can customize a rate package for you. What does temp-to-hire mean? Temp-to-hire means that we conduct a candidate search for you on a position that your firm/company currently has open, you select a candidate, and you "hire" that person but on a probationary period that they spend on our payroll.
