HDE Home Care, LLC was founded in Portland, OR in 2009 and became state-licensed to operate as an in home care agency in May 2010. Our management team is based in Tigard, OR and we serve 6 counties in NW Oregon. We are very proud to be family-owned and operated since our inception. At HDE, our primary function is to hire qualified and compassionate... caregivers to serve seniors and people with disabilities for help at home. We serve our clients to keep them as comfortable at home and as independent as possible so they do not need to seek alternative housing options. Our services include full or partial assistance with activities of daily living, companionship, light housekeeping, and more. There are two primary populations we serve at HDE: seniors who are aging in place and people with developmental disabilities who need assistance to remain at home or improve their current living environments. The seniors we serve may have no health diagnosis at all or anything from Dementia,Parkinson's, and Alzheimer's to a terminal illness and on hospice. Our clients with developmental disabilities can be any age 18 and above and may have cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, autism, or other disease that impacts his or her ability to fully function independently.
