Mike has a long history in Wellingtons restaurant scene as the owner of classics like ERNESTO and more recently EKIM BURGERS among others. Braeden has worked in several restaurants, including other BBQ places which gave him the experience to take over the head chef position. Braeden brought fresh ideas and beautiful creations for our menu which set a new standard for the restaurant. Guillermo or G as everyone knows him has worked at El Matador almost since the beginning which gives him an understanding of the restaurant like no one else.
