Community Christian School strives to exalt God our Creator, to educate students from a Biblical worldview emphasizing moral values such as integrity, honesty, allegiance to God and country, to equip them through academic excellence, to establish a foundation for spiritual growth through strong Bible teaching, and to encourage them in their faith.... CCS has adopted the following guiding verses: 2 Timothy 4:1-5 - "In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who will judge the living and the dead, and in view of his appearing and his kingdom, I give you this charge: Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encouragewith great patience and careful instruction. For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths. But you, keep your head in all situations, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, discharge all the duties of your ministry". Community Christian School was founded in 2005 as a result of concerned parents desiring to provide their children with an excellent education from a Christian perspective. Their desire was and is to create a learning environment in which each student is valued as an individual uniquely created by God. Since its inception, CCS has had the privilege of partnering with parents in educating and discipling hundreds of students throughout the regions of Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut.
