Clarity to Lead

"Clarity" provides understanding so that we have a level of confidence around our decisions and actions. By working to be clearer about what we want, how we want to achieve it and what we may need to leave behind as we progress, we are better able to make decisions, keep moving and improve. 'To" is definite and focused. To be going "to" something i... mplies we have direction and are clear about our destination. We know that often we are more driven by a fear of failure than a desire to succeed. A definite statement is something upon which we can judge our performance; we will know if we get "To" where we want. "Lead" says we are willing to be the first, to let others follow without being reliant on their actions. It is about choosing to be at the front or any other position in the group that allows us collectively or individually get to where we want to be. It is being willing to pick up the reins when others are tiring, providing something when it may have been missed and stepping forward when needed.
