Bridgewood Church

Bridgewood Church is dedicated to helping people become followers of Jesus Christ and mature in their faith. We are seeking a full-time senior pastor who will provide leadership to the church body in fulfilling this mission. The primary gifts, skills and qualities that we are looking for in a senior pastor: A dynamic preacher and a strong Bible tea... cher A people-oriented person who is able to exhibit a shepherd's heart to the congregation and is a beacon of hope for our community Able to cast a vision for the church that directs the accomplishment of the church's mission statement A team builder who possesses strong management skills and able to provide direction, administration, advice, encouragement and conflict resolution A senior pastor with responsibility for overseeing the development of programs and leading teams of staff and volunteers to meet the goals of the church A proven leader in the area of church growth Bridgewood Church is comprised of about 700 attendees. It includes people of all ages but the bulk of our attendees are representative of our community which is loaded with young families. Savage is a thriving and growing community which is a south suburb of Minneapolis. Savage is the 3rd fastest growing city in Minnesota. We are located in Scott County which over the past 3-4 years has been one of the fastest growing counties in the United States. Our church is positioned to grow to many times its current size, and very important to this growth is finding the senior pastor who God plans for our ministry. Our church has a mighty heart for God and loves to worship Him. Our mission is to help people become followers of Jesus Christ and mature in their faith. We worship the Lord in a contemporary style.
