Barksdale & Associates, Inc. (B & A) is a small environmental consulting business. The company was founded in 2001 by John D. Barksdale, P.G. Mr. Barksdale was previously a program manager and Vice President with two national environmental consulting firms since 1988. During this time he performed numerous environmental projects in locations throughout the U.S., and in Europe and the Caribbean. Since 2003 the business has been operated by Joan M. Overton.
