Our company is owned and led by Mr. Darrell Williams.Mr. Williams has over fifteen years of experience working with small businesses and aspiring entreprenuers.

His involvement in the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) began in 1999 with his former company, the DC-based Washington Emerging Technologies Center.Under his leadership, from January 1999 - November 2006, Mr. Williams led the Washington Emerging Technologies Center (WETC) in winning three (3) US Small Business Administration Office of Technology SBIR Outreach grants for the Washington, DC metro-area.
